Creating Change Beyond Business

At Bullock Business Solutions, we believe that being a business isn’t just about generating profit—it’s about generating purpose. Rooted in the heart of Virginia, our mission is to uplift and empower the communities around us through consistent, meaningful action.

We proudly give back through seasonal toy and clothing drives, charity events, and mentorship programs that support youth and underserved families. Our initiatives are designed to spark hope, provide resources, and create opportunities for growth.

Beyond giving, we’re committed to making a financial and economic impact—supporting local entrepreneurs, offering guidance on financial literacy, and investing in the future of our neighborhoods. Every step we take is guided by the belief that true success is measured by the lives we touch and the communities we strengthen.

Bullock Business Solutions is more than a business. We are a movement for change, a partner in progress, and a voice for those striving to rise.

  • Tidewater Youth Services Commission

As an Information Systems and Fiscal Analyst at Tidewater Youth Services Commission, I support the agency’s mission by leveraging data systems, fiscal analysis, and technology-driven insights to improve service delivery for justice-involved youth. My work includes optimizing internal reporting tools, analyzing budgetary trends, and ensuring compliance with state and federal funding requirements.

By integrating information systems with strategic planning, I help translate operational data into actionable intelligence—supporting both program effectiveness and fiscal accountability. This role allows me to contribute to youth justice reform through a systems-level lens, where technology, policy, and education intersect to drive sustainable impact.

  • Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services

As a COVES Fellow placed with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), I contributed to a comprehensive policy report for the Virginia General Assembly focused on recovery residences. My work includes developing certification and credentialing guidance, designing statewide oversight mechanisms, and exploring sustainable funding models to support long-term recovery infrastructure.

In addition to policy research, I facilitated cross-agency collaboration by synthesizing stakeholder input and supporting a statewide workgroup. This role has deepened my expertise in behavioral health systems and demonstrated how inclusive, data-informed policymaking can drive resilience and equity across communities.

  • Portsmouth Community Outreach

In my hometown of Portsmouth, I’ve led and supported outreach initiatives that connect underserved communities with resources, education, and opportunity. From organizing digital literacy workshops to collaborating with local leaders on civic tech projects, my work emphasizes accessibility and empowerment. By leveraging technology and community partnerships, I aim to build bridges between people and the systems that serve them.
